Prints and the Evolution*
Since Laurie and I have been printing our new collection for the upcoming National Stationery Show, I thought it might be fun to take a couple of quick snapshots of our printing process. You guys want to see how these cards are made, right?

Step 1: Consult the Wall of Screens and attempt to find the screen you need. Luckily, Laurie is very organized and has labeled every one.
Step 2: Prep your paper stock; this particular one is Part 2 of 2, so the red layer is already printed.

Step 3: Line up your screen to the registration marks on the paper and lock into place in the hinges.
Step 4: Load the screen with ink, and then take your big squeegee and PULL!

Step 5: Rejoice! These prints look awesome!
Step 6: (not shown) Repeat as needed until new collection is complete.
